Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Handle 30+ cases per day.
• Use manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose issues.
• Document all customer calls in a company database.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to note engineering changes.
