Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide product-vertical focused technical support to a mix of technical and non-technical customers. The role requires handling tickets in Salesforce, strong SQL/network/server knowledge, and excellent customer service while working Monday–Friday on a 9-hour shift (7am–7pm CST).

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to understand client expectations.
• Direct experience serving as primary contact for clients via phone and email.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues.
• SQL and Windows experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL tools to run basic queries.
• Respond to client questions and work requests daily.
• Develop product expertise and share knowledge with customers.
• Partner with senior team members to troubleshoot incidents.
• Maintain accurate tickets in Salesforce and update records.
• Monitor and update open tickets and meet SLAs.
