As part of TP, you will open and manage trouble tickets, aim for first-call resolutions, and adhere to TP policies while delivering a positive

Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with personal computers, OS, software and terminology.
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers.
• Support Client specific high speed internet services delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including internet connectivity and performance.
• Assist customer needs related to Client high speed internet services and devices.
• Deliver in-scope support for internet service and connectivity issues (OS, PC, browser).
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and the ability to solve issues.
• Resolve customer issues on the first call when possible.
• Open and manage trouble tickets for user, data network, OS issues.
• Be patient, courteous, and friendly at all times.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and adhere to schedule work assignments.
• Abide by TP policies and management directives.
