Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a Technology Technical Support Specialist to be the primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with a strong emphasis on customer experience. The role requires resolving inquiries using web-based tools in a high-velocity environment.

The position involves troubleshooting internet services, OS and browser configurations, and providing excellent service while adhering to TP policies.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, software, and computer terminology.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills; ability to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical assistance for consumers.
• Support client-specific high-speed internet services and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including connectivity and performance.
• Guide clients through OS, PC, and browser configuration issues.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and solve customer issues on first contact when possible.
• Open and manage tickets for user issues, network, and OS problems.
• Maintain a courteous, patient, and positive attitude with customers.
