Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support or helpdesk, remote preferred.
• Strong OS, software, and hardware knowledge.
• Clear written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts.
• Experience with remote tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level remote technical support via phone, email, chat, and video.
