Qualifications

• Proficient with CRM software, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience.
• Able to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
• Certifications or a related degree are desirable.
• Experience in software-as-a-service or fintech is a plus.
