Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive sales efficiency and lead a team in a virtual environment. The role emphasizes mentoring, coaching, and supervising while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations’ culture and standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years in timeshare or front-to-back sales, and be proficient with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook. State real estate licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• 2+ years' proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).

Responsabilités

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations culture.
• Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring and modeling effective sales and customer service practices.
