Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to lead timeshare sales with a focus on performance in a virtual, rules-driven environment. You will mentor and supervise sales teams, drive maximum net sales, and uphold the Spirit of Service culture across Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brands.

A real estate license and 2+ years of front-to-back sales leadership are preferred. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required, with the option to work

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• ~2+ years' proven front to back sales experience in timeshare sales.
• ~ Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
• ~ Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc
• ~ Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• ~ Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, HI, MO, NV, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA)

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
• Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring and modeling.
• Maintain a professional image upholding HGV standards of integrity, quality and service.
• Work in a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
