Qualifications

• 2+ years mentoring, coaching or supervising sales teams.
• ~2+ years front-to-back timeshare sales experience.
• Proven track record in closing sales or sales management.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Outlook.
• Active state real estate license if required in residence state.

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies and exceed targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations culture.
• Supervise and mentor the sales team, modeling effective sales practices.
• Maintain professional image upholding integrity, quality and service.
