Bolder Apps is seeking a results-driven Tech Sales Manager to expand our client base across startups and enterprises in the US. You will drive revenue by selling engineering services and AI-powered product development, converting conversations into deals.

This 1099 role offers uncapped commissions with average earnings of $150K–$250K per year, and top performers earning more. Fully remote and US-based.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to startups and enterprises.
• Ability to convert conversations into deals.
• Comfort with 1099 + commission-only pay.
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• U.S.-based with US working hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT/software development.
• Present and promote services including staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and end-to-end engineering solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure client success.
• Track KPIs, maintain a pipeline, and provide revenue forecasts.
