Job summary

Bolder Apps is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to run daily marketing execution across content, SEO, HubSpot, directories, and reporting. You will operate within a defined scope while the CMO owns strategy and revenue ops.

Base is $70–90K with OTE up to $130K+, and you’ll work fully remotely with async collaboration and a strong focus on impact. You will own content production, SEO execution, and the AI agents supporting marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, agency or dev services preferred.
• HubSpot workflows, lead routing, attribution reporting
• Strong writing and content delivery skills
• SEO execution and on-page fundamentals
• Experience with AI-native workflows or agents

Responsibilities

• Ship daily content across blog, social, case studies, and sales enablement
• Run SEO execution: on-page updates, technical fixes, link-building
• Manage directory channel ops and keep profiles current
• Own HubSpot day-to-day — workflows, lists, hygiene
• Produce weekly pipeline contribution reports and quarterly trends
• Operate AI agents in production and manage updates
• Maintain a clean HubSpot instance with attribution tracking
