Job summary

BlueTuskr is hiring a Senior Growth Sales Manager to drive new business for our e-commerce marketing agency. This is a remote sales role for a hunter with experience selling marketing services or SaaS to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands.

$75K base + uncapped commission, and a clear path to building and leading a sales team. You will be our first dedicated sales hire, reporting directly to our CEO, inheriting a playbook, tech stack, case studies, and AI tools with a real budget for conferences

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services or SaaS.
• Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands.
• Hunter mindset with proven closing track record.
• Experience with CRM and outbound platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound prospecting across cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, direct mail, conferences, and trade shows.
• Close inbound leads from marketing channels and referrals.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot and report on what's working.
• Refine sales playbook based on market feedback.
• Own ongoing client check-ins and surface upsell opportunities.
• Help build the sales department — hiring, coaching, and processes.
