SimuTech Group, a pioneer in engineering simulation, seeks a hunter-minded sales professional to open untapped markets and drive adoption of cutting-edge simulation solutions.

You will build pipeline from zero, lead discovery sessions, and shape go-to-market strategy with Product and Engineering. This remote North America role offers a strong compensation plan with base and OTE that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in technical or early-stage product sales.
• Experience selling into engineering or R&D organizations (preferred).
• Strong ability to grasp emerging technology and communicate business relevance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage early adopters in emerging tech markets.
• Lead discovery sessions and pilot programs with prospects.
• Build pipeline in new geographies and verticals.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to shape solution narratives.
• Maintain CRM discipline and provide insights on adoption trends.
