Teleperformance USA is seeking a Technology Technical Support Specialist in Utah to serve as a primary point of contact, resolving inquiries with a focus on a seamless customer experience. The role supports high-velocity service delivery and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You will troubleshoot internet services, manage tickets, and maintain professional customer interactions while adhering to TP policies and schedules.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with desktop computer system.
• Proven oral & written communication skills.
• Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, software, and computer terminology.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills; ability to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers.
• Support client high speed internet services delivering a positive customer experience.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast paced, customer facing environment.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution for client service and/or devices.
• Open and manage trouble ticket system for user issues, Data Network, OS issues.
• Be patient, courteous and friendly with customers at all times.
• Adhere to work schedule assignments and TP policies.
