Teleperformance USA in Utah is seeking a Technology Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications and resolving inquiries with professional excellence. This role supports high-velocity service delivery and requires clear, courteous communication.

You will use a suite of web-based tools to troubleshoot internet services and device issues, aiming for first-call resolution and a positive customer experience.

Competenze

• Must be 18+ years old and have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and basic software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

Mansioni

• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers.
• Support Client specific high speed internet services delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client service and device-related issues including connectivity.
• Assist customers with networking, devices, and OS/browser configuration as needed.
• Deliver in-scope support for internet service and connectivity issues.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and the ability to solve customer issues.
• Resolve customer issues on the first call when possible.
• Open and manage trouble tickets for user issues, Data Network, OS issues.
• Be patient, courteous and friendly with customers at all times.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and adhere to TP policies.
