eXp Realty, a global real estate brokerage with a 3-D immersive cloud office, seeks a Team Services Lead to guide analysts and support multiple real estate teams from anywhere in the US.

You will lead, train, and optimize workflows; collaborate across departments; ensure high-quality service to agents and team leaders; and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in this fast-paced remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in real estate operations or remote teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Team Services Analysts to meet goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and growth.
• Oversee day-to-day team management and regional coverage.
• Monitor workflows, tickets, and transitions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as liaison between Team Services and agents, addressing inquiries.
• Provide onboarding, training, and mentorship, and maintain materials.
