Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks a Team Lead to manage InfoLease/Rapport application support and development remotely. You will bridge asset finance operations with IT, guiding a team through incidents, configurations, and enhancements.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in asset finance and hands-on experience with InfoLease/Rapport, plus SQL and Jira/DevOps proficiency. You’ll drive delivery, govern SLAs, and coordinate across time zones while supporting production stability.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in equipment finance, with 5 years supporting InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi).
• Hands-on system configuration, testing, and implementation within InfoLease/Rapport.
• Familiarity with adjacent systems (Stucky, GL, Fed reporting) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed team responsible for production support and development.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers/engineers.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes with ITIL-aligned practices.
