Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a seasoned leader to manage a team responsible for production support and ongoing configuration of InfoLease and Rapport (Solifi). The role requires deep domain knowledge in asset finance and strong skills in translating business needs into technical specifications.

You will bridge operations/finance with IT and engineering, drive SLAs and KPIs, coordinate UAT, and oversee testing and releases to minimize disruption to business processes.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of equipment finance, leasing, or asset finance.
• Hands‑on experience configuring InfoLease/Rapport (Solifi) and related systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and vice versa.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for production support and ongoing development/configuration of InfoLease and Rapport.
• Bridge communication between asset finance operations and IT/engineering, including status/risk reporting.
• Oversee incident triage, root cause analysis, and change management; coordinate UAT and release activities.
