Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead a team delivering production support, development, and platform enhancements across InfoLease and Rapport solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring SLA adherence and guiding solution delivery in a globally distributed, remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Equipment Finance, 5+ years with InfoLease/Rapport, and strong leadership, communication, and SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related financial services domains.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, implementing, or enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi) platforms.
• Deep understanding of equipment finance lease and loan accounting, loan origination processes, servicing operations, and portfolio management workflows.
• Experience performing system configuration, testing, implementation, and platform enhancement activities within InfoLease and/or Rapport environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions, UAT coordination, testing cycles, and business sign-off activities.
• Strong understanding of production support processes, including incident triage, root cause analysis, problem management, and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools to support data investigation and issue analysis.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and collaboration tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead application support and development activities for InfoLease and Rapport platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and guide solution delivery.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes, serving as escalation point for production issues and ensuring SLAs.
• Oversee testing, release management, UAT coordination, and deployment activities to minimize business disruption.
• Lead and mentor a support and development team while driving Agile delivery practices and operational reporting.
