Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior leader to head a team responsible for production support and ongoing development/configuration of InfoLease and Rapport (Solifi). You’ll bridge asset finance operations with IT/engineering, translating business needs into technical plans and coordinating delivery across geographies.

Responsibilities include setting SLAs, overseeing testing and UAT, facilitating deployments, and maintaining strong incident management.

Qualifications

• Must have deep experience with InfoLease and Rapport (Solifi platform).
• Strong domain knowledge in equipment finance/asset finance.
• Experience with production support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead production support and ongoing development/configuration of InfoLease and Rapport.
• Bridge business operations and IT/engineering, translating requirements into technical specs.
• Oversee testing, UAT, and release planning; manage SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate multi-site teams; provide escalation management and status reporting.
