Job summary

Digitive LLC seeks a Team Lead for InfoLease/Rapport Application Support and Development. This remote role partners with asset finance operations and IT to ensure production support and ongoing configuration of InfoLease and Rapport (Solifi platform).

You will drive requirements, coordinate UAT, and manage a geographically dispersed team, delivering incident resolution and enhancements without disrupting business operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching, mentoring, and workload prioritization.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs for developers/engineers.
• Experience coordinating UAT, requirements gathering, and sign-off cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for production support and development/configuration of InfoLease/Rapport.
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT/engineering teams to align on requirements and priorities.
• Oversee incident triage, root cause analysis, and change management in releases.
