Intuit, Inc. is seeking a virtual Tax Specialist to assist TurboTax customers with tax preparation and expert guidance via video interactions. You will support returns, explain tax terms, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes customer empathy, problem solving, and adherence to company training and KPI targets. Must reside in the United States and be available at least 20 hours weekly.

Formación

• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state 1040 returns for 30+ clients per season.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses or permits.
• Willing to work minimum 20 hours per week.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and tax terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax advice and full service return support via video interactions.
• Handle tax calculations and product inquiries for TurboTax customers.
• Document interactions and strive to meet KPI metrics and goals.
• Complete required training, compliance, and cross-training as needed.
