Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal/state individual tax returns experience.
• Active PTIN and state licenses when required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via video to provide tax guidance and support.
• Perform tax return preparation, calculations, and signature where applicable.
• Answer product questions and leverage official resources to resolve issues.
• Document interactions and meet KPI metrics.
