• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Active PTIN and working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work minimum 20 hours per week and proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist TurboTax customers in tax preparation and provide tax advice.
• Interact with customers via video communications software to deliver service.
• Provide full service return preparation and signature when required.
• Answer product/software inquiries and explain tax and technical terms.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPI metrics.
