Qualifications

• Must possess active, unrestricted credential: CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• 2+ years of federal/state individual 1040 returns experience for a sizable client base.
• Must have or obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Must have active PTIN and be willing to work at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers virtually using video tools to provide tax advice and guidance.
• Assist with tax preparation, calculations, and product inquiries for TurboTax customers.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in accordance with procedures.
• Participate in training and development, and strive to meet KPI and company goals.
