Candidates must hold an active credential (CPA/EA/Attorney), have 2+ years of recent tax prep experience, and be willing to work at least 20 hours weekly from a home setup that meets security standards.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted credential required (CPA/EA/Attorney).
• 2+ years of federal/state 1040 preparation for 30+ clients per season.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• PTIN holder; willing to work minimum 20 hours per week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax terminology.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers virtually using video communications.
• Provide tax advice, full service return prep and signature.
• Explain tax terms clearly and document interactions.
• Troubleshoot tax questions using official resources.
• Meet KPIs and participate in pilots and trainings.
