Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated professional with an active, unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) to help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products.

You will provide expert guidance, tax preparation, and explain tax terms to customers. This virtual, customer-facing role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to empower users throughout the filing process.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active unrestricted credential: CPA, EA or practicing attorney with strong tax knowledge.
• 2+ years of recent federal/state 1040 tax return preparation for many clients.
• Must hold or be able to obtain state licenses/certifications and a PTIN.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week; strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230; proficient with technology and online Tax resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax guidance and full-service return preparation via video sessions.
• Explain tax terms and calculations using everyday language to customers.
• Utilize official government sites and resources to deliver accurate answers.
• Document interactions and meet KPI metrics; participate in trainings and pilot projects.
