Intuit is seeking a highly motivated tax professional (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) to assist TurboTax customers with tax preparation and expert guidance. You will interact with customers via video, provide tax advice, and explain complex tax terms while ensuring accurate, compliant results.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and adherence to company policies, with training and development supported.

Qualifications

• Must possess active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax experience.
• 2+ years of federal and state individual 1040 returns prep for 30+ clients per season.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and complete required training.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will use Smartlook video to interact with customers.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation and signature.
• Explain tax terms, use government sites and resources to deliver accurate answers, and document interactions.
• Work toward KPIs and participate in training, pilots, and experience validations.
