Intuit Inc. is seeking a highly motivated tax professional with an active unrestricted credential (CPA/EA or practicing attorney) to help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products.

This virtual role focuses on expert guidance, tax preparation, and clear explanations of tax terms via video interactions. You will assist with tax returns, calculations, and product inquiries, document customer interactions, and strive to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted credential: CPA/EA or Practicing Attorney.
• 2+ years of federal and state individual 1040 preparation for 30+ clients per season.
• Willingness to work at least 20 hours per week.
• PTIN required and knowledge of Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers via video and audio tools to provide tax guidance.
• Assist with tax return preparation, calculations, and product inquiries.
• Document all customer interactions and work toward KPI targets.
• Complete required training and compliance requirements.
