Intuit, Inc. is seeking a part-time, remote tax professional to assist TurboTax customers with federal and state returns. You will deliver expert tax guidance, perform full-service preparation, and communicate complex tax terms in plain language through a virtual interface.

You will use our video tools to interact with clients, document interactions, and adhere to compliance and training requirements while meeting performance KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of tax preparation experience for federal and state 1040 returns
• Active PTIN and state licenses or ability to obtain
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Proficient with technology and computer software
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers virtually using video tools
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature
• Explain tax terms and guide customers in plain language
• Document customer interactions and follow compliance procedures
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in training and pilots
