• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns for at least 30 clients per season using tax software.
• Active PTIN and state licenses/certifications as required.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert tax guidance and full service return preparation using TurboTax products.
• Interact with customers virtually via video communications software; document interactions.
• Explain tax concepts in everyday language and resolve tax advice inquiries.
• Use government sites and resources to deliver accurate answers.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in trainings and cross-training as needed.
• Support pilots, projects, and experience validations as required.
