The role emphasizes empathy, policy adherence, and KPI-driven performance. Requires 2+ years of experience, PTIN, and ability to work at least 20 hours weekly from the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent federal and state 1040 tax return prep for at least 30 clients per season.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Must possess knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Proficient with technology and computer operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Virtual, customer-facing role using video communications to interact with customers.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature, and product inquiries.
• Explain tax terms in everyday language and document interactions.
• Adhere to defined procedures to troubleshoot inquiries.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in pilots and trainings.
• Remain compliant with training and security requirements.
