Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a motivated tax professional to assist TurboTax customers remotely with tax preparation and guidance. You will use video tools to interact with clients, deliver clear explanations of tax concepts, and ensure accurate 1040 returns for individuals each season.

Role requires 2+ years of recent prep experience, active PTIN, and ability to work at least 20 hours per week. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; remote nationwide availability is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal and state 1040 tax return prep for at least 30 clients per season.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Work virtually using video communications to assist customers.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation and signature.
• Explain tax and technical terms in everyday language.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPIs.
• Participate in training and compliance requirements.
