Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a motivated Tax Professional to assist customers using TurboTax products in a fully remote capacity. You will provide expert tax guidance, perform full-service return preparation, and explain tax terms in plain language to help customers prosper.

Proven experience with federal/state returns, strong communication skills, and a willingness to complete required training are essential. The role offers a competitive base pay, bonus, and benefits for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal and state 1040 tax return prep experience for 30+ clients per season.
• Active PTIN and state licenses or ability to obtain.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to meet Intuit security criteria for a hardwired internet connection.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax guidance and full-service return preparation using TurboTax.
• Interact with customers via video and audio tools.
• Document customer interactions and resolve inquiries per policies.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in training.
