ClickHouse is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) Architect as part of the Support Services team. The role focuses on ongoing TAM, consultative, and support functions for enterprise customers, including L3 escalation handling.

Remote work is possible in India with up to 35% regional travel for onsite customer visits. The TAM Architect will guide onboarding, production launches, migrations, and roadmap alignment, while coordinating with engineering, product, and sales to ensure customer

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Senior Support, and/or Project Management roles.
• 5+ years in implementing, operating, and/or supporting distributed DBMS.
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their infrastructure services.

Responsabilidades

• Work with strategic and enterprise ClickHouse users on onboarding, production launches, and POCs.
• Provide architectural, technical, and migration guidance and assistance.
• Lead projects, escalations, and meetings to enable ongoing user/customer success.
• Own and oversee L3 support cases and escalations with the L1/L2 team.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales on roadmaps and account plans.
• Be available according to scheduling and onsite travel requirements to deliver high-quality 24x7 support in a global environment.
• Assist with hiring and mentoring new team members.
• Develop and contribute Docs, Knowledge Base articles, and QA needs.
