Job summary

AWS Global Services seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise customers across Compute, Storage, Databases, and more. You will collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and drive successful adoption of AWS services.

This role emphasizes strategic guidance, proactive infrastructure health, and management of customer relationships across multiple industries. Willingness to travel up to 10%+ is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to AWS Enterprise customers.
• Drive customers' adoption and use of AWS services including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT.
• Coordinate with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution and craft effective strategies.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
