Job summary

Summit is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients with complex infrastructure. You will own ongoing technical relationships, translate business goals into technical strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to mitigate risks and plan for future needs.

In this role you’ll guide onboarding, steady-state support, upgrades, and migrations, while driving renewal readiness and expansion opportunities grounded in client needs.

Qualifications

• Bring deep experience in infrastructure design, implementation, architecture, operations, or technical advisory work.
• Experience with complex enterprise environments and impact on critical business operations.
• Ability to connect business objectives to technical recommendations and long-term plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship across a portfolio of complex enterprise clients.
• Develop knowledge of each client’s architecture, priorities, dependencies and use of Summit services.
• Lead governance, health, capacity, resilience, and lifecycle discussions.
• Identify risks early and develop plans with clients and Summit teams.
• Provide strategic technical recommendations and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Bring technical insight to QBRs, architecture discussions and strategic planning.
