Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a TAM Architect to lead a small set of strategic enterprise accounts from initial design through production and growth. You will own the architecture, guide data modeling, ingestion, migration and query design, and work with Support, Solutions Architects, and Consulting Engineers on complex deployments.

You will be based in Israel with travel up to 35% within Israel and across EMEA, collaborating with the EMEA Support Services team to ensure enterprise health and expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role after the sale.
• Specialist depth in data modeling, query performance and integration on distributed or analytical databases.
• Hands-on SQL and ability to write complex queries from scratch and tune them.

Responsibilities

• Run a regular cadence with 4 to 8 strategic accounts, including health checks and business reviews.
• Keep performance and cost on track as customers grow and adopt new use cases.
• Collaborate with Support; take ad hoc cases and own escalations for your accounts.
• Partner with Solutions Architects for new use cases and proofs of concept; involve Consulting Engineers for hands-on projects.
• Document setup and configuration, knowledge base articles, and reference architectures.
