Job summary

Per Scholas, a national tech training nonprofit, seeks a Manager of Talent Sourcing & Strategy in a remote capacity. You’ll drive proactive candidate search, coordinate multi-stage interviews, and lead end-to-end recruitment for priority roles, helping fuel Per Scholas’ mission to open pathways to tech careers.

You will build diverse pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a strong candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience with proactive sourcing.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings.
• Strong organizational and calendar management for multi-stage interviews.
• Excellent written outreach to engage candidates and convey value.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methodologies to identify passive candidates (50%).
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics (25%).
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions (25%).
• Maintain inclusive candidate pools and report pipeline metrics.
