Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a remote Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy with 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience to drive candidate discovery, coordination, and selective recruitment for key roles. You will craft proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter, oversee interview scheduling, and lead full-cycle recruitment to build diverse candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficient in proactive candidate sourcing and pipeline development.
• Strong written communication and outreach copywriting.
• Experience with modern ATS; commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing to identify top-tier candidates (50%).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions (25%).
• Coordinate interviews and schedule with hiring managers (25%).
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and report on pipelines.
