Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a remote Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy to drive proactive talent discovery and selective recruitment for key roles. You will design sourcing strategies using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinate interview schedules, and lead full-cycle recruitment with a focus on diverse candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience with proactive sourcing and pipeline development.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search to engage passive talent.
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills for multi‑stage interview scheduling.
• Commitment to embedding diversity, equity & inclusion across the TA lifecycle.
• Experience navigating modern ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• Excellent written communication and outreach copywriting for candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methods to identify top passive candidates, focusing on hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of priority requisitions from intake to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and share market insights.
• Maintain data integrity and pipeline metrics within the ATS for accurate reporting.
