Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy for a remote, full-time role. You will design proactive sourcing strategies, manage interview scheduling, and lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions.

Key strengths include advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, strong written outreach, DEI focus, and collaboration with hiring managers. Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience and success in proactive candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search to identify passive talent.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills for multi-stage interviews.
• Excellent written communication and outreach copywriting for candidate engagement.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion across all recruitment stages.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and partners.
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing for technical/non-profit roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methodologies to map and engage top-tier passive candidates, with emphasis on hard-to-fill roles (50% focus).
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams (25% focus).
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions—from intake to offers (25% focus).
• Develop long-term inclusive candidate pools to support hiring goals and organizational growth.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate profiles, market intel, interview practices, and bias mitigation.
