Job summary

Envision is seeking a senior recruiting specialist to identify and hire great talent for our top recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) clients. You will understand client recruitment processes and use data to craft effective hiring strategies for today and tomorrow.

You will collaborate with talent acquisition professionals to deploy multi-channel sourcing, conduct competency-based interviews, and build strong pipelines for diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing methods (headhunting, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, market mapping).
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience conducting competency and behavioral interviews.
• Self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
• Able to manage changing priorities and multiple projects.
• Strong consulting skills and teamwork.
• Experience tracking candidates in an ATS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced English and Japanese preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Collaborate with an experienced team to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Execute all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer signing.
• Create and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates from various industries.
• Conduct thorough interviews to identify top talent.
• Communicate with candidates and clients in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify improvement opportunities and strategies for client stakeholders.
