Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting.
• Post job ads across platforms and networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS or recruitment tracker.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process.
