Ascension is seeking a Provider Recruitment professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across provider roles. You will partner with market leaders, coordinate interviews, and guide salary and relocation discussions. The role emphasizes data-driven ATS management and cross-team collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Provider Recruitment, a strong fit with our mission, and the ability to work remotely within the US while attending local events as needed.

Qualifications

• Education/experience combination as stated: High School+2 yrs OR Associate/Bachelor's OR 4 yrs cumulative experience.
• 3+ years of Provider Recruitment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from lead generation to offer delivery.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and relocation with leadership teams.
• Maintain ATS records with adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate across Provider Recruitment, Strategy, Sourcing, Residency, Hospital and Market teams.
