Amentum, a global leader in advanced engineering and innovative technology solutions, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent. This remote role partners with recruiters and hiring managers, sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates across engineering and technical roles.

The role emphasizes full lifecycle sourcing, data-driven hiring strategies, and collaboration with multiple teams to fill critical open positions.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates with measurable metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, sourcing metrics).

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent from data sources including open market and internal CRM/ATS systems.
• Owns full lifecycle sourcing from research and data enrichment to fully qualified applicants.
• Partners with hiring leaders and market-facing teams to shape sourcing strategy and gather competitor intelligence.
• Uses ATS/CRM and market-facing tools to support scaling of sourcing efforts.
• Direct candidate outreach to communicate the value of Amentum opportunities and build relationships with passive candidates.
• Supports key program bids and BIM/sourcing for four Business Groups in a federal services domain.
• Leverages technology and automation to source at scale and stay ahead of competitors.
