Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and source, screen, and submit qualified candidates. The role supports a remote, East Coast-aligned team with full-time telework options.

Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.

Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates with measurable success.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and strategy.
Engage passive talent and manage pipelines across multiple markets.
Leverage ATS/CRM tools and data to inform sourcing decisions.
