Amentum is a global leader in advanced engineering and innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to meet talent needs.

The role emphasizes remote, full-time sourcing with East Coast hours, leveraging an ATS/CRM and next-gen tools to build a strong candidate pipeline for our four Business Groups and large federal contracting programs.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience and a Bachelor’s Degree; additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates with a measured track record including time to fill, pipeline health, and sourcing metrics.

Aufgaben

• Actively engages talent at all levels from all data sources, including open market and CRM/ATS.
• Full lifecycle sourcing from research, profile enrichment, and data management to qualified applicants.
• Partner with hiring leaders and market-facing sales teams to shape sourcing strategy at scale and gather competitor intelligence.
• Utilize sourcing tools and a modern ATS/CRM as part of our growing technology stack.
• Engage candidates directly to convey the value of an Amentum opportunity and build pipelines.
• Support critical open positions and key program bids, including personnel sourcing and bid support for multiple business groups.
• Embrace technology and automation to source at scale and stay ahead of competitors.
