Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a talented and high-energy Recruiter for a fully remote, part-time role. The Corporate Recruiter will focus on recruiting high-quality talent via cold calling, networking, and managing outside agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
• Strong preference for agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• At least one year of freelance or contract experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through various methods including cold calling and networking.
• Screen and maintain candidate records in HR system.
• Manage search firms for recruitment needs.
• Train managers on recruiting best practices.
• Assist with updating HR policy and corporate training.
