Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
• Experience mix of agency and in-house recruiting.
• At least one year of freelance or contract experience.
• Part-time role ~20–30 hours per week; hours vary by business needs.
• Bachelor's Degree and good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates directly through multiple means: cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, college campuses and other methods to hire top talent.
• Screen candidates through HR system and keep the system up to date; hire and manage search firms.
• Train managers and executives on networking and recruitment best practices.
• Assist with selecting HR technology, corporate training and employee development, and compensation planning.
• Assist with updating HR policy.
