House Buyers of America, a leading national home-buying company, seeks a part-time Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition remotely. The role emphasizes sourcing through networking, ads, job fairs, and colleges, with screening in an HR system and collaboration with outside search firms.

This position offers flexible 20–30 hours per week, remote work, and the chance to help build a scalable talent pipeline while mentoring managers on recruiting best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
• Experience mix of agency and in-house recruiting.
• At least one year of freelance or contract experience.
• Part-time role ~20–30 hours per week; hours vary by business needs.
• Bachelor's Degree and good computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit candidates directly through multiple means: cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, college campuses and other methods to hire top talent.
• Screen candidates through HR system and keep the system up to date; hire and manage search firms.
• Train managers and executives on networking and recruitment best practices.
• Assist with selecting HR technology, corporate training and employee development, and compensation planning.
• Assist with updating HR policy.
